The mold temperature controller (oil temperature machine) is the core temperature control equipment in the extrusion process. It can achieve precise temperature control in a wide temperature range of 45℃-400℃, with an accuracy of ±0.1℃. For example, in the production of high-voltage power cables, the mold temperature controller provides a stable temperature for the extruder barrel and mold, ensuring that the cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation layer is fully cross-linked at 200℃±0.5℃, thereby improving the electrical insulation performance (the tangent value of the dielectric loss angle is ≤0.0015).
