LEWT Series Water Temperature Control Unit
The LEWT Series high-temperature water temperature controller, It uses water as the heat transfer medium and rapidly heats the water via a built-in electric heating tube.
With the help of a circulation pump, the heated high-temperature water (up to 180°C) is delivered to temperature-controlled equipment (such as molds and reaction kettles).
A temperature sensor monitors the water temperature in real time. When the temperature reaches the set value, the system automatically stops heating; when the temperature drops, heating is restarted, achieving precise temperature control within a range of ±1°C.
Water Temperature Control Unit Working Principle
The high-temperature and high-pressure hot water is delivered by a circulation pump to temperature-controlled equipment (such as molds and reaction kettles) for heat exchange.After completing the heat exchange, the water flows back to the water temperature machine, where it is reheated and its temperature is adjusted, forming a closed-loop cycle.The temperature control system monitors the water temperature in real time and maintains the water temperature stably at the set value of 180°C by adjusting the heating power.
High-Temperature Capability
It breaks through the limitation of conventional water temperature controllers (≤100°C). By increasing the system pressure (approximately 1.0MPa), the boiling point of water is raised to 180°C, meeting the requirements of high-temperature processes.
Precise Temperature Control
It adopts a PID temperature control system, which features small temperature fluctuation. This ensures stable temperature during the production process and improves the consistency of product quality.
Environmental Protection & Energy Efficiency
Using water as the heat transfer medium, it causes no oil pollution. Moreover, water has high heat transfer efficiency—compared with oil temperature controllers, it heats up faster and consumes less energy.
