LWM Series Water Temperature Control Unit
Heating Stage: Water is heated indirectly via electric heating tubes or heat-conducting oil to raise its temperature to 120°C. Since 120°C exceeds the boiling point of water (100°C) under standard atmospheric pressure, the equipment maintains water in a liquid state through sealed pressurization.
Circulation Stage: High-temperature hot water is delivered by a circulation pump to temperature-controlled equipment such as molds and reaction kettles, where heat exchange is completed.
Temperature Control Stage: A temperature sensor monitors the water temperature in real time. When the temperature is lower than the set value, heating is activated; when it is higher than the set value, heating is stopped. This ensures the water temperature remains stable at approximately 120°C
