Q1:What is the working principle of the water chiller?
A1: The 7°C water-cooled box-type water chiller reduces the water temperature through a refrigeration system. Its working principle is to use the refrigerant to evaporate and absorb heat in the evaporator, which takes away the heat of the chilled water and lowers the water temperature to approximately 7°C. The vapor formed after the refrigerant evaporates is sucked in and compressed by the compressor, increasing its pressure and temperature. Then, it enters the condenser. In the condenser, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor transfers heat to the cooling water, cools down and condenses into a liquid. Finally, the liquid refrigerant is throttled and depressurized through the expansion valve, and re-enters the evaporator to evaporate and absorb heat. This cycle repeats to achieve continuous refrigeration.
