The core components include screw compressors, air-cooled condensers, evaporators, throttling devices, and control systems.
During operation, the refrigerant is compressed and heated by the compressor, then dissipates heat and liquefies through the air-cooled condenser. After that, it is depressurized and cooled by the throttling device, and exchanges heat with the water to be cooled in the evaporator. Finally, 7℃ chilled water is output.
The air-cooled design eliminates the need for cooling towers. It relies on fans for forced heat dissipation, which simplifies installation and maintenance.
