Heat transfer oil is heated by electric heaters in the tank, then pumped to heat-consuming equipment via a high-temperature pump. After releasing heat, it returns to the tank for reheating. The PID controller monitors oil temperature in real time and adjusts heating power automatically to maintain a constant 200℃.

A 200℃ oil temperature controller is a high-temperature circulating temperature control device using heat transfer oil as the heat transfer medium. It delivers thermal energy accurately to heat-consuming equipment via electric heating and forced liquid-phase circulation. It is widely used in plastics, rubber, chemical, die-casting, new energy and other industries to meet constant-temperature process requirements ≤200℃.

Oil Temperature Control Unit Working Principle

Key Components

  • Precise Constant Temperature: Equipped with an Omron PID temperature control module as standard, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. It supports arbitrary temperature settings within 200°C, ensuring minimal temperature fluctuation.
  • High Efficiency & Energy Saving: The thermal efficiency is ≥95%. The integrated 304 stainless steel pipeline minimizes resistance and accelerates heat conduction. The imported high-temperature oil pump provides high circulation efficiency, saving over 20% more energy than traditional equipment.
  • Stable & Durable: It uses Swedish imported ring-shaped heating wires filled with magnesium oxide for insulation, ensuring uniform heating without local overheating. The all-stainless steel heating barrel and pipeline are corrosion-resistant and carbon-deposit-resistant, extending the service life of thermal oil.
  • Intelligent & Safe: It features a microcomputer touch control with one-touch exhaust and automatic cooling shutdown. It is equipped with protections for low oil level, overheating, pump overload, and phase reversal, with automatic fault alarms for safe and reliable operation.
 
Technical Parameters
  • Temperature Control Range: From normal temperature to 200℃; some models can be extended to 250℃.
  • Heating Power: Optional range of 6-400kW, customized according to heat demand.
  • Flow Rate and Pressure: Flow rate ranges from 35 to 280L/min, and system pressure is ≤0.2-1.5MPa.
  • Heat-Conducting Oil:  It is recommended to use synthetic high-temperature heat-conducting oil (such as KD-300, WD-320) or dimethyl silicone oil. The flash point is ≥246℃, and it can operate stably for a long time at 200℃.

 

Safety Protection Function

The oil temperature control unit is equipped with multiple built-in safety protection mechanisms, including over-temperature alarm, oil shortage protection, abnormal pressure protection, and overload protection. These mechanisms effectively prevent risks such as dry burning of the device and pipeline leakage, ensuring production safety.
