The LOS Series 200℃ oil temperature controller is a precision temperature-control device designed specifically for high-temperature environments in industrial production, using heat-conducting oil as the medium. It heats the heat-conducting oil to a set temperature (with a maximum of 200℃) via electric heating or other heat sources, and then transfers the heat to heat-consuming equipment through a circulation system, thereby achieving stable temperature control.

Oil Temperature Control Unit Working Principle

The LOS Series high-temperature oil temperature controller It adopts a closed-circuit circulation system. After the heat-conducting oil is heated in the heating device, it is delivered to heat-consuming equipment (such as reaction kettles, molds, calenders, etc.) by a high-temperature-resistant centrifugal pump. After heat exchange is completed, the oil returns to the oil tank for cyclic use. The system is equipped with a PID intelligent temperature controller, which can achieve high-precision temperature control with a range of ±0.5℃ to ±1℃.

 

Key Components

  • Heating Element: Mostly adopts Swedish-wire dual-power stainless steel electric heating tubes, with a surface heating power of ≤3.5W/cm² and a thermal efficiency of up to 98%, enabling rapid heating to 200℃ within 15-20 minutes.
  • Circulation Pump: A high-temperature-resistant heat transfer oil pump (such as Yuanxin high-pressure pump) is selected to ensure stable flow at high temperatures. Some models are equipped with frequency conversion control for energy saving.
  • Control System: Standard configuration includes a 7-inch touch screen or PLC controller, supporting multi-stage temperature program editing, remote monitoring (e.g., IoT module), and fault diagnosis display.
  • Safety Protection: Incorporates more than 10 safety mechanisms, including over-temperature alarm, oil shortage protection, pressure detection, pressure relief circuit, and leakage protection. Explosion-proof design is optional for some models.
 
Material and Design
  • The pipelines are integrally formed using 304 stainless steel or carbon steel, reducing pipeline resistance and rust deposits.
  • The electrical box adopts an isolated design to prevent high temperatures from affecting the service life of electronic components.
 
Technical Parameters
  • Temperature Control Range: From normal temperature to 200℃; some models can be extended to 250℃.
  • Heating Power: Optional range of 6-400kW, customized according to heat demand.
  • Flow Rate and Pressure: Flow rate ranges from 35 to 280L/min, and system pressure is ≤0.2-1.5MPa.
  • Heat-Conducting Oil:  It is recommended to use synthetic high-temperature heat-conducting oil (such as KD-300, WD-320) or dimethyl silicone oil. The flash point is ≥246℃, and it can operate stably for a long time at 200℃.

 

Safety Protection Function

The oil temperature control unit is equipped with multiple built-in safety protection mechanisms, including over-temperature alarm, oil shortage protection, abnormal pressure protection, and overload protection. These mechanisms effectively prevent risks such as dry burning of the device and pipeline leakage, ensuring production safety.
