LOS Series Oil Temperature Control Unit
The LOS Series 200℃ oil temperature controller is a precision temperature-control device designed specifically for high-temperature environments in industrial production, using heat-conducting oil as the medium. It heats the heat-conducting oil to a set temperature (with a maximum of 200℃) via electric heating or other heat sources, and then transfers the heat to heat-consuming equipment through a circulation system, thereby achieving stable temperature control.
Oil Temperature Control Unit Working Principle
The LOS Series high-temperature oil temperature controller It adopts a closed-circuit circulation system. After the heat-conducting oil is heated in the heating device, it is delivered to heat-consuming equipment (such as reaction kettles, molds, calenders, etc.) by a high-temperature-resistant centrifugal pump. After heat exchange is completed, the oil returns to the oil tank for cyclic use. The system is equipped with a PID intelligent temperature controller, which can achieve high-precision temperature control with a range of ±0.5℃ to ±1℃.
