The LDDC Series 400℃ oil temperature controller,the high-temperature oil pump draws the heat transfer oil out of the oil tank. After the oil is heated to the required temperature by the heater, it is delivered to heat-consuming equipment to provide heat. Subsequently, the oil is returned to the system for reheating, forming a circulation loop.

 
The entire process relies on an intelligent control panel and temperature sensors to monitor and control the temperature in the system in real time, thereby meeting the precise temperature requirements of various production processes.

Oil Temperature Control Unit Working Principle

The temperature control range covers 45℃~400℃ (with slight variations among different brands; for example, Maipt supports 45℃~400℃, and Aode can reach up to 400℃), which can be flexibly set according to the die-casting material:

 

Rapid Heating:

Adopting imported high-temperature pump units and high-efficiency heating modules, it has a heating rate of up to 5°C/min. This enables the heat transfer oil to be quickly heated to the set temperature, reducing preheating time and improving production efficiency.

Excellent Uniformity:

Through a circulation method, high-temperature oil is circulated through pipes arranged in the heating area. This achieves uniform heating of the object being heated and ensures that every part receives the same amount of thermal energy.

Safety and Reliability:

It is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as low-pressure protection, high-pressure protection, over-temperature protection, ultra-high-temperature power-off protection, nitrogen sealing protection, and automatic pressure relief protection for excessive pressure. These devices ensure the safety of operators and the equipment.

Energy Efficiency:

It uses national standard carbon steel integrated pipes, which reduce pipe resistance and carbon deposition. At the same time, the optimized system layout and thermal insulation materials minimize heat loss, resulting in an energy saving of more than 30% compared with traditional heating methods.

 

Safety Protection Function

The oil temperature control unit is equipped with multiple built-in safety protection mechanisms, including over-temperature alarm, oil shortage protection, abnormal pressure protection, and overload protection. These mechanisms effectively prevent risks such as dry burning of the device and pipeline leakage, ensuring production safety.

FAQ

Q1:What Preparations Are Required Before Starting the Equipment?

A1:Check the liquid level of the heat transfer oil to ensure it is within the specified scale range. If the level is insufficient, promptly replenish it with heat transfer oil suitable for high temperatures.

     Confirm that the oil circuit valves are in the open state and that there is no blockage or leakage.

     Check whether the power supply and grounding are normal and ensure there is no looseness in the wiring.

     Verify that the safety protection devices (such as explosion-proof valves and over-temperature alarms) are in an effective state.

     If the equipment is restarted after a long period of shutdown, it is necessary to first drain all the air in the oil circuit.

Q2:Are the Sealing Components of the Equipment Prone to Wear at 400°C? What Is the Replacement Cycle?

A2:Under a high-temperature environment of 400°C, the sealing components are prone to wear. Due to long-term exposure to high temperatures and erosion by oil media, they will gradually age and harden.
 
The regular replacement cycle is 3-6 months. If oil seepage, deformation, or other issues are found in the sealing components, they must be replaced immediately to prevent safety accidents caused by high-temperature oil leakage. It is recommended to select sealing components made of high-temperature-resistant materials (≥450°C) such as fluororubber or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
