300°C High-Temperature Oil Circulation Temperature Controller (also known as high-temperature oil heater or oil-type mold temperature controller) is an industrial temperature control equipment that uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium to achieve closed-loop temperature control up to 300°C. It is mainly used to provide a precise and stable high-temperature heat source for molds, reactors, rollers and other equipment, with a temperature control accuracy of PID ±1°C.

LEOT Series Oil Temperature Control Unit
A built-in high-temperature circulating pump drives thermal oil to circulate in a closed pipeline. The heating tube heats the oil to the set temperature and delivers it to the controlled equipment (e.g., mold/reactor). After releasing heat, the oil flows back to the host. The system monitors the return oil temperature in real time, automatically compensates for heating or activates indirect cooling, forming closed-loop constant temperature control.
Oil Temperature Control Unit Working Principle
The machine consists of heating system, high-temperature circulating pump, heat exchange pipeline, temperature control system and safety protection system. The thermal oil is heated by electric heating tube, then forced to deliver to the heated equipment by circulating pump, and flows back to the main unit after heat exchange and cooling for reheating circulation. The control system collects oil temperature and return oil temperature in real time, automatically adjusts heating power to realize closed-loop constant temperature control; indirect cooling function is optional.
