The LEOT Series high-temperature oil temperature controller, also known as the high-temperature oil-type mold temperature controller, is an industrial temperature  control device that uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium and achieves stable temperature control in high-temperature environments through a precise temperature control system. Its core advantage lies in breaking through the boiling point limit of water, enabling precise temperature control over a wide range of 120℃-350℃ under normal pressure. It is widely applicable to meet the heating and temperature control needs of industries such as plastics, rubber, chemicals, composite materials, and new energy.

 

Oil Temperature Control Unit Working Principle

LEOT series oil temperature control unit (TCU) adopts an integrated "heating-circulation-temperature control" design, with core components including high-efficiency heating tubes, high-temperature-resistant circulation pumps, precision thermostats, and safety protection systems:

 

• The heating tubes are made of stainless steel, featuring rapid temperature rise and anti-aging properties;
• The circulation pumps ensure efficient flow of thermal oil in closed pipelines, realizing uniform heat transfer and avoiding local temperature differences;
• The temperature control system supports PID intelligent adjustment, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, meeting the requirements of high-precision production scenarios.

 

In application scenarios, high-temperature oil temperature controllers can provide customized temperature control solutions for different processes:

• For example, in plastic molding, they can precisely control the mold temperature, improving the surface finish of plastic parts and molding efficiency;
