A1:Start the cooling tower fan and cooling water pump;Start the chilled water pump, and wait until the pipeline pressure stabilizes (usually ≥0.2MPa);Start the main chiller unit;After operation, observe for 3-5 minutes, and only put it into full-load operation after confirming that all parameters are normal.
Q2: What situations require an emergency shutdown during the operation of the chiller unit?
A2:The compressor produces abnormal noise, violent vibration, or the outer casing overheats (oil temperature ≥95℃);Abnormal refrigerant pressure (suction pressure ≤0.2MPa or ≥0.8MPa, discharge pressure ≥2.0MPa);ripping, smoking, or a burning smell in the electrical system;Severe leakage in the pipelines;A sudden drop in chilled water/cooling water flow (flow switch alarm is triggered).
Q3:How to adjust the cooling capacity of the chiller unit?
A3:Automatic adjustment: The unit is equipped with a PLC control system, which can automatically adjust the compressor loading/unloading according to the return water temperature of the chilled water to achieve stepless adjustment of cooling capacity;Manual adjustment: If a fixed cooling capacity is required, the target temperature can be set through the control panel, or the compressor loading ratio can be adjusted manually (it is recommended to keep it within the range of 10%-100%);Note: Frequent startup and shutdown should be avoided. After each shutdown, an interval of more than 3 minutes is required before restarting to protect the compressor.
